VoIP – BIGGER and BETTER
Maximum Access would like to announce several services available to our friends across the network. We are now offering full phone services that are available to anyone anywhere in the world. It does not use your current phone line nor does it require a phone line since it travels over your internet connection. How nice would it be to have a phone with all the “whistles and bells” as a standard and not an option you pay for? Residential phone service starts at $30.00 per month. In addition to the phone service we are offering PBX services for our business clients. PBX’s route phone calls to the correct personnel, automatic call answering via a digital receptionist, handle voicemail, forward calls, call inter-company without being charged, and play announcements or notices to your customers that call in. Another service is our IT consulting services. This includes installing and/or servicing computer servers, networking, on-site computer repair, network troubleshooting as well as any hardware sales/consulting you may have. We are proud to announce our value added Equipment Protection
Plan. Due to the recent rash of excessive lightening and static in the atmosphere
we have replaced quite a few CPE (client premise equipment) and needless to say
they aren't cheap. We have devised a plan that would insure all gear installed
by Maximum Access, LLC. It would cover everything that we install and or
anything that is broadband related that was purchased through Maximum Access,
LLC. This includes Routers, cabling, DC injecters, power supplys, the CPE
(antenna) itself , switches and the labor to replace any or all of the above without
any cost associated to the client. The only limitaion to this policy is all gear
must be "surge" protected - - preferably on a UPS (battery back up) but is not
mandatory |
